HOW TO REGISTER:  Fill out the registration form for the desired class date, and then pay your class fee by Paypal (click on the Pay Now button on this page), or make arrangements to mail a check.  You will receive confirmation of your registration and class fee payment, along with directions to the classroom/range.

DESCRIPTION:  NRA Basic Range Safety Officer Certification Course offered by Jessamy Bright, NRA Certified Instructor and Chief Range Safety Officer. This class is a must-have for those wanting to take their knowledge, skills and attitude toward safety to the next level! 

 

Topics covered include:

-Range Safety Officer’s roles and responsibilities

-Range standard operating procedures

-Range inspection and range rules

-Firearm stoppages and malfunctions

-Range Safety Briefings which include emergency procedures

Candidates must also receive 90 percent or better on the written exam. This course is open to the public. There is also a NRA certification and processing fee after completion.
